We hope that as you wander around this cyber-site that you find what you are looking for and, if not, stop by the church and we'll help you look somewhere else!

Sometimes things get tough, don't they? The Teacher in Ecclesiastes said that a cord of three strands was hard to break. When times get tough for you, we'll help you be tougher. Sometimes things are wonderful and joyful - worthy of a dance! When those times happen for you, let us know and we'll play the music and dance with you, too!

We are very clear that not everyone is like everyone else. No matter who you are, no matter what you are, you are welcome here. The United Methodist Church has a saying: 'Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors.' We take that pretty seriously. We have Cub fans and Cardinal fans and people who don't like baseball at all. We have country fans and rock and roll fans and classical fans. It's all okay. We have Democrats and Republicans and Independents and those who don't know and those who change from day to day. That's all okay, too. Jesus said, 'Love one another' - that's more important to us than anything.

Well, you kinda have to like ham loaves and pancakes and sausage. If you don't understand what that means, ask any of us. We'll be glad to explain.

Again, welcome. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Email, phone, even an old-fashioned letter - we'll answer them all!

Grace to you, and peace.
Rev. Walter Carlson
